Your LED Pico Projector cannot hold a charge?

- Please check the following
- Does the power port appear damaged, pushed in, or missing? Like below:
- If the charging port appears broke or missing, please Contact Us with the subject line "LED Pico - Broken/Pushed in Power Port

- Does your projector's Power Port feel loose when it is plugged in with the charging cable? This will be on the side of the projector where it says "DC 5V
- Have you tried using a different micro USB Cable to test if the issue is with the charging cable or the power port?
- You can charge the LED Pico using any standard Micro USB charger cable - there is one included in the box. You can charge it with a laptop, computer, or any wall charger that takes USB.

- Does the RED charging light flicker when you move the Charging Cable while it is plugged in?
