AAXA Technologies is thrilled to release the M8 UST, an ultra-compact ultra-short-throw RGB Laser Projector.

The M8 UST RGB Laser Projector features a miniaturized RGB laser light source producing one of the world's smallest but brightest RGB laser engines. Mated to Texas Instruments DLP technology the M8 UST Laser is a true revolution in projector technology delivering an ultra bright 1100 Laser Lumen image with exceptionally vibrant colors and capable of supporting 4K Resolution (native 1080P). The AAXA M8 UST projector is a revolutionary advancement for laser projectors with its ultra compact ultra short throw design. At just 8.1" x 4.8" x 3" and 2.78lbs the tiny M8 UST can deliver a 100" image at just one foot (12") away from the screen enabling versatile mounting for ceilings, walls, and rear projection. Combined with a retractable bracket (sold separately), the M8 UST Laser Projector can deliver brilliant DLP laser screen size ranging from 60" to 100" with the touch of a remote control.

ULTRA COMPACT AND VERSATILE

The M8 UST is tiny at just 8.1" x 4.8" x 3" and 2.78lbs. This miniature size enables the M8 to be mounted in a variety of different locations that traditional projectors and LCD displays cannot. Versatile mounting options include inverted wall and ceiling mounting, reverse projection mounting, narrow dresser or shelves and much more. In addition the M8 is designed to rotate vertically and project directly on the ground (5 inch throw distance minimum).

ULTRA SHORT THROW OPTICS

The M8 UST features high quality ultra-short throw lenses at a 0.2 Throw Ratio. This means when the M8 UST is placed just 12" from the wall it can produce a 100" image (the projector body adds some throw distance). The M8 UST lens is durable and robust - no distortion issues after use like some of our competitors.

DLP OPTICS WITH RGB LASER

The M8 UST is powered by Texas Instruments DLP technology with an RGB Laser Light-source. The RGB laser lightsource creates a vivid color gamut - richer than even high quality RGB LED projectors and much richer than low cost white LED Projectors. Texas Instruments DLP technology is true movie cinema technology and is found in the majority of movie theaters globally. The DLP imager delivers high contrast, high optical efficiency, and most importantly high endurance - standing up to the rigors for laser illumination for tens of thousands of hours. Most other image technology today when mated with laser illumination will degrade within just thousands of hours.

FEATURE RICH PROJECTOR

The M8 UST is a feature rich projector designed for versatile applications. The M8 UST features ultra-low-latency Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi-6, and an optical audio port. Dual-HDMI ports are available for multi-component connectivity. A USB-C port is available for mirroring and connectivity, and a microSD card to store content. An Android 9.0 operating system is available and capable of supporting a variety of different apps (a smart TV stick is recommended for movie streaming apps). Additional features including remote electric focus adjustment, auto-keystone (vertical only), and user eye safety protection.
