What do I do if the BP1/HP1 is unable to hold a charge?


1. First double check all connections and ensure power adapter is plugged into a working power source. If unsure, try plugging into another power outlet that has been confirmed to work.

2. With the projector switch in the "OFF" position, plug in supplied power adapter (5V/2.4A) into the "Power Input (5V DC)" port. Check for blue charging lights on top of keypad.

3. Next, try turning on the projector by moving the switch to "BT/Projector" and holding the "Projector On" button on top of projector. Hold for 3-5 seconds and see if projector turns on.

4. If the projector shows no signs of power and does not turn on, a power adapter replacement could resolve the issue.
