1. My Stream Stick is not turning on?

Please power off the device by removing the USB cables off of the Stream Stick and the TV/ projector. Let the device rest for 300 seconds and then re-plug in the USB cables to both the Stream Stick and the TV/ projector.

If the device is still not running, please contact AAXA Technologies Support at 714-957-1999 for more support

2. How do I connect my Stream Stick to an HDMI enabled device?

Your stream stick can be used on any HDMI display. This means your television, projector, or desktop monitor.

Connect the HDMI end of your Stream Stick into the HDMI port of your display.

Connect the Micro USB end into the Stream Stick and then connect the USB end into the USB port of your display.

Once the USB is connected, the Stream Stick will automatically power on.

3. How do I turn off my Stream Stick?

The AAXA Stream Stick uses power from the USB cord that is plugged into your TV or projector. If you wish to turn off the device, please follow the following steps:

Turn off your TV/ projector and the Stream Stick will power off with the TV

Turn off your Stream Stick by selecting the Power button located on the bottom of the Stream Stick menu

4. How do I connect to Wi-fi with the AAXA Stream Stick

First of make sure that you are using the correct username and password for your desired Wi-fi Internet. If the problem still exists, please follow these steps:

Power off your AAXA Stream Stick and unplug the USB cables on both the Stream Stick and the TV/ projector.

Unplug your Wireless Internet Router and wait for 30 seconds

Re-connect both the Stream Stick and your home wireless router back up

Enter the settings menu and re-connect to your desired Wireless Internet

Enjoy streaming on your AAXA Stream Stick

5. How do I watch my streaming applications on the AAXA Stream Stick?

If you are trying to watch movies from Netflix, Youtube, or any other video application and are experiencing difficulties, please follow these steps:

Ensure that your Stream Stick is connected to the Internet via your home wireless Internet

If you are using Netflix, make sure you are using the correct Netflix account and entering in the correct username and password

To navigate these streaming applications, please connect a USB mouse to the AAXA Stream Stick and navigate as you would a regular computer

In order to scroll across the screen of pages such as Netflix, please hold down the left button of your mouse and drag in the direction that you wish to enter

6. How do I access my photos and videos using my mini SD card?

The AAXA Stream Stick allows you to play your photos and movies directly to your TV using a built in mini SD card slot.

Insert your mini SD card into the right side of the Stream Stick where there is a lot for the SD card

Once inserted, please enter the Streaming app folder

Select either My Movies or My Photos for the desired media file that you wish to play from

Enjoy your favorite photos and videos on your AAXA Stream Stick

7. How do I access my photos and videos using my mini SD card?

The AAXA Stream Stick allows you to play your photos and movies directly to your TV using a built in mini SD card slot.

Insert your mini SD card into the right side of the Stream Stick where there is a lot for the SD card

Once inserted, please enter the Streaming app folder

Select either My Movies or My Photos for the desired media file that you wish to play from

8. What is Desktop mode?

Desktop mode gives you full access to the Android Stream Stick. Please be aware that AAXA does not support the Android Desktop environment. Any modifications or problems that occurs in the Desktop mode will not be supported by AAXA Customer Support. Please use at your own risk!

Desktop mode gives you a replica of your Android phone or tablet running Android 4.1

9. How do I download applications onto the Stream Stick?

There are two ways to download applications onto your AAXA Stream Stick.

First option: Download directly from the AAXA Stream Stick

Select the Google Play application in your App folder and this will bring you to the Android app shopping page

Search for any app that wish you to download and download it directly from the AAXA Stream Stick

Second option: Download from your Computer or Laptop

Once your AAXA Stream Stick is logged in with your Google account, you can download any application from your computer

On your computer, go to Google Play and log in with your Google account that you have set up with your AAXA Stream Stick

When choosing an application to download, find your AAXA Stream stick under “Send to Another Device” and Select Rockchip Rk30sdk

Once you click Install, your AAXA Stream Stick will automatically download the application when it is turned on and connected to the Internet.
