Why is the P6X so bright? The AAXA P6X employs the worlds most efficient LED optical engine. In combination with Texas Instruments DLP Technology and Osram LED technology the P6X optical engine produces more than 25 LED lumens/watt which is 6 times more efficient than 1LCD projectors on the market. What the P6X produces with just 30 watts a 1LCD projector would require two hundred watts to achieve! In fact the P6X is more efficient than any other DLP projector on the market in its class. Most DLP projectors in its class employ an image shifting actuator coupled with a power hungry FPGA to produce the image. The P6X does not. Combined with its ultra-efficient CPU the P6X is truly the brightest and most efficient mini projector in its class.
