USB OTG Drive Errors

These are some tips if you are unable to connect your USB OTG flash memory drive

  1. Some types of USB peripherals will not be able to connect to the P4

  2. This regards flash memory such as thumb drives. This does not include accessories such as keyboards and mice.

  3. This is only a problem for the initial 50 P4 devices to be made. This problem will be patched after the first run of production.

  4. Double check the connectors. Are the pins inserted completely on both ends? Try re-connecting the adapters.

  5. If you have done these steps and there is still no connectivity, please call AAXA Technical Support for further assistance.
